400 ml corn (canned) 400 g red beans (canned) 1/2 cucumber 2 onions 2 bell peppers 250 g sheep milk cheese 3 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt

Chop onions finely
Rins off beans and corn and let them drain.

Dice cucumber, bell peppers and sheep milk cheese.

Mix well marinade.
Stir well all ingredients and marinade 1 hour.
Side dish: Baguette and butter
