Salmon with Avocado Sauce
600 g fresh salmon Sauce: 1 avocado 125 ml soup 125 ml sour cream salt, pepper, lemon juice oil

Cut avocado up around the core
The half-twist and lift one another.
Remove core.

Peel the flesh . . .
. . . cut into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Douse with cold soup . . . .

. . . and puree with a hand blender. Mix with sour cream and season with salt and pepper and lemon juice
Cut salmon fillet into four equal pieces and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Fry salmon on both sides.
Side dish: Lettuce and Potatoes
