Pasta Asciutta

500 g minced meat
1 onion
100 g tomato paste
250 ml water
salt, pepper, stock cube
marjoram, basil, oregano (fresh or dried)

Chop onion. . .

 

. . . and braise lightly.

 

Add minced meat and fry them until brown.

Add tomato paste and mix well.

 

Douse with water.

 

Season to taste and boil Spaghetti.
