Pasta Salad Summertime 

200g pasta
100 g pork sausage
100g emmentaler cheese
330 g peas and carrots (frozen food)
20 cherry tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
4 tbsp. oil
125 ml creme fraiche
1-2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mixed herbs
salt, pepper

 Cook noodles according to package instructions. . .

 

. . . refresh and drain.

 

Cut sausage and  . . .

Peas and carrots . . .

 

. . .cook until al dente, . . .

Halve tomatoes.

 

Mix well oil, creme fraiche, vinegar und herbs . . .
