Sausage  Salad 

400g sausage
100g gherkins
2 eggs  (hard boiled)
1 small onion
150g mayonnaise
salt, pepper

 Chop onion finely

  

Cut sauasage . . .

 

. . . and gherkins.

Peel eggs and chop them.

  

Add mayonnaise, mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
