Walnut Rice

80 g walnuts
1 tbsp. butter
250 g long grain rice
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt

   

 

Hackle walnuts and sautée them in butter. Fold in rice, add water (following the instructions on the packet) and salt. Boil covered until rice are tender. Before serve, fold in parsley.
