HÜHNER  BRÖTCHEN 

Chicken Rolls

500 g chicken fillet
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
500 g tomatoes
125 ml cream
1 bunch of basil
8 slices of black bread
100 g Emmental cheese (grated)
1 pinch of sugar,
oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder
 

  Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Peel onions and garlic and chop finely.Cut meat and tomatoes into small cubes.
Sear fillets on all sides, add onions and garlic and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes, pour in cream and let it boil, about 10 minutes. Stir often.
Chop basil, fold in 3/4 of them into the tomato pan and season to taste again. Cover slices of bread with chicken and tomato pan, sprinkle with cheese and gratinate for about 4 minutes in the oven.
Serve with the remaining basil sprinkled.
