RÄUCHERLACHS  TOAST 

Smoked Salmon Toast

60 g butter
2 tsp colorful peppercorns
1 lemon
4 slices of toast
200 g smoked salmon
caviar
 

  Stir butter until fluffy, crush peppercorns, rub lemon peel and squeeze the juice.
Mix well butter, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
Toast toast slices and halve in diagonally. Brush with butter, pepper and cover with smoked salmon and garnish with caviar.
