FISCHFILET  auf  CURRY  KRAUT

Fish Filets upon Curry Cabbage

Ingredients for 2 people

2 fish filets with skin
1 leek
150 ml of soup (cube)
250 g white cabbage
30 g bacon (diced)
salt, curry, oil
1 tbps. parsley (chopped)

 

 

Chop cabbage and leek finely. Fry bacon cubes, then add cabbage and leeks. Douse with the soup and season with salt. Cover and boil until all are firm to the bite. Stir in curry.
Fry fish filets skin down, turn around and finish.
Place filets upon cabbage and garnish with parsley.
