FISCHFILET   mit   APFELPÜREE   und   CHILI 

Fishfilet with Appel Puree and Chilli Peppers

4 fish filets
olive oil
3 chilli peppers
salt

Apple Puree
300 g apples
150 ml coconut milk (or milk)
pepper

 

 

Peel and dice apples and bring them to the boil with milk. Blend all with the hand hold blender. Deseed chillis and chop them finely.
Fry fish filets in olive oil on both sides.
Place apple puree on warmed plates and spice with pepper. Add fish filets, cover them with chilli and sprinkle with salt.
