FISCH  mit  PAPRIKA  ZWIEBEL  SAUCE 

Fish with Onion Sauce

1 kg fish filets
4 bell peppers (yellow, red)
3 onions
2 tomatoes
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Dice bell peppers, tomatoes and onions and fry them until tender.
Blend vegetable and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put filets in a ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Cover fish with sauce and bake in oven about 30 minutes.

 

       Side dish:  rice
