Gratinated Halibut

4 fillets from halibut
juice from 1 lemon
100 g emmental cheese (grated)
250 ml cream
1 yellow of the egg
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt

 

 

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Spice fish fillets with salt, lemon juice and put them into a gratin dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix well cream and yellow of the egg and pour into gratin dish. Bread crumbs sprinkle over top and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with parsley.

 

         Side Dish: boiled potatoes
