KABELJAU   PROVENCAL  

Codfish Provencal

800 g codfish fillet
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
grill seasoning
140 g olives
60 dried tomatoes
salt

 

 

Crush garlic and blend with salt. Sprinkle codfish fillets with lemon juice, cover with "garlic-salt" and spice with grill seasoning. Quarter into four peaces. Halve olives, drain and hackle tomatoes.
Put fillets onto a piece of aluminium foil, cover with olives and tomatoes and close foil well. Grill all about 15 minutes.
