Salmon Pan

500 g fillet of salmon (without skin)
200 g broccoli
125 g bean sprouts
1 red onion
3 fresh dill sprigs
125 ml of white wine
250 ml of soup
cornstarch
salt, pepper, lemon juice
soy sauce, oil, butter

 

 

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Remove the dark green parts of the spring onions and cut the rest into rings, peppers into strips.
Sear potato slices in oil, add the onion rings and pepper strips and sauté them about 10 minutes, turn sometimes. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry fish sticks according to package directions and serve with the vegetables.
