RÄUCHERLACHS  auf  RÖSTI 

Smoked Salmon on Rösti

60 g butter
2 tbsp. cives (chopped)
200 g sour cream
500 g potatoes (boiled)
4 lettuce leaves

 

 

Peel and grate the potatoes. Mix well chives and sour cream, spice with salt and pepper. Divide grated potatoes into 4 parts. Heat butter and fry 4 röstis. Cover with smoked salmon and sourcream upon lettuce leaves.
