Matie with bacon potatoes

4 potatoes (large)
200 g bacon
2 onions
8 matie fillets
1 lettuce
kitchen foil

 

 

Preheat oven to 220°C.
Wash potatoes, cover with kitchen foil and cook them about 90 minutes in oven. Cut onion into stripes and bacon into cubes. Fry bacon cubes crispy. Arrange washed lettuce leaves on plates.
Cut potatoes crosswise and fill them with bacon. Matie cover with onion stripes.
