Chop apple, onion and radish finely . Mix well with
olive oil, sour cream, salt, pepper and some lemon juice. Chop
fillets of smoked trout finely and combine with the other ingredients.
Finally add chopped chives.
For the marinade mix well all ingredients and fold in lamb´s lettuce.
Shape dumplings and arrange them on toasted bread. Serve with salad. |
