SAIBLINGSFILET   mit   PAPRIKA   POLENTA 

Trout Filet with Paprika Polenta

4 trout filets (or filets from cher)
1 red and 1 green pepper
250 ml milk
100 g polenta
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, oil, butter

 

 

Halve peppers, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tbsp. butter and sautée pepper cubes, pour on with milk, add polenta and cook until tender, stirring regularly. Fold in parsley.
Salt fish filets, heat oil in a pan and fry filets. Serve fish upon polenta and sprinkle with sauce of the pan.
