SHRIMPS  auf  KRÄUTERTOMATEN

Shrimps on Tomatoes

16 pcs. Shrimps
8 tomato slices
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/2 bunch basil
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
salt, cayenne pepper, olive oil
lemon juice

 

 

Fry sliced tomatoes in olive oil on both sides briefly and place on plate. Brown garlic, breadcrumbs and basil in frying residue, season place upon the
tomatoes. Wash, dry and fry shrimps briefly in a little olive oil.
Season with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice and place on the tomatoes.
