Bean Soup with Turkey

2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
250 g white beans (canned)
250 g kidney beans (cannend)
1 green bell pepper
400 g turkey meat
150 g chorizo (or cabanossi)
1 tsp. chili powder
250 g tomatoes (canned)
300 ml of soup (cube)
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
oil, salt, pepper

 

Wash beans and let drain. Dice onion and garlic, red pepper cut into pieces.
Dice the turkey meat and sauté in a pan about 8 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry onions, garlic and bell pepper, sprinkle with chili powder and sauté all briefly.
Deglaze with tomatoes and soup, add beans and bring to a boil. Season with salt and simmer covered 15 minutes.
Slice the sausage. Add turkey, parsely and sausage 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

 

    Side dish: baguette
