HÜHNERSTREIFEN  mit  PILZEN  und  BROKKOLI    

Chicken Strips with Mushrooms and Broccoli

500 g chicken breast fillet
150 g broccoli
100 g mushrooms
100g shiitake mushrooms
1 red onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
100 ml white wine
250 ml chicken soup (cube)
1 tbsp. creme fraiche
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper

 

Wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cut mushrooms depending on the size into quarters, or sixth.
Peel onion and cut into slices. Cut chicken fillets into 0.5cm slices.
Heat oil and sauté onion and chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper. First add broccoli then mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with wine and pour in the soup. Cover and simmer until broccoli is al dente, it takes about 5 minutes.
Refine chicken strips with cream fraiche and parsley.

 

     Side dish: noodles
