Wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cut mushrooms
depending on the size into quarters, or sixth.
Peel onion and cut into slices. Cut chicken fillets into 0.5cm slices.
Heat oil and sauté onion and chicken fillets and season with salt and
pepper. First add broccoli then mushrooms and fry. Deglaze with wine and
pour in the soup. Cover and simmer until broccoli is al dente, it takes
about 5 minutes.
Refine chicken strips with cream fraiche and parsley. |
