Marinade: chop garlic finely and mix well with the other
ingredients. Place chicken filets into marinade, cover and marinade them
in refrigerator overnight.
Corn Salad: Cut spring onion into small rings, chop garlic finely,
remove seed from tomatoe and dice it. Mix well with all ingredients and
season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
Remove chicken filets and fry them on both sides.
