Peel the garlic and chop finely. Peel and grate the
ginger.
Mix well garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, sherry and sesame oil in a
large bowl, to make a marinade.
Add chicken legs, turn in the marinade and place covered for one hour in
the
refrigerator. Then turn chicken legs and move back one hour in the
refrigerator.
Grill chicken thighs over medium heat until done. Turn around the legs
again and again and cover with the marinade over and over.
Sprinkle drumsticks with sesame seeds before serving. |
