HÜHNER  RATATOUILLE

Chicken Ratatouille

250 g chicken breast
1 courgette
1 green pepper
150 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 tbsp. oil
2 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt, pepper

 

Peel the tomatoes. Dice the chicken breast, cut the vegetables into strips and the mushrooms into leaves. Finely dice the onion. Brown the meat and onion, add the vegetables without the tomatoes, mix everything together and steam for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and crushed garlic, season and steam for about 15 minutes.

 

     Side Dish: rice, leaf salad
