Chicken Legs with Pumpkin

Ingredients for 2 people

2 chicken drumsticks
3 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
300 g pumpkin
1 green bell pepper
400 g tomatoes
100 ml vegetable soup (cube)
thyme, oregano
salt, cinnamon, chili powder

 

Remove skin form the chicken legs. Mix soy sauce with olive oil and spread chicken legs with it, and marinate covered 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, and slice garlic.
Peel pumpkin if it is necessary, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Core pepper and cut into strips. Peel tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Mix well soup with a dash of cinnamon and chili powder.
Fry chicken legs in a pan all around, and then place them with the vegetables in a gratin dish. Douse with soup, cover with aluminum foil and cook in oven about 1 hour.
