Remove skin form the chicken legs. Mix soy sauce with
olive oil and spread chicken legs with it, and marinate covered 30
minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, and slice garlic.
Peel pumpkin if it is necessary, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Core
pepper and cut into strips. Peel tomatoes and cut into wedges.
