HUHN   mit  MASCARPONE  SAUCE

Chicken with Mascarpone Sauce

2 chicken legs
2 chicken filets
1 onion
2 carrots
1 celery
125 ml white wine
200 g mascarpone
1 tbsp. curry
vegetable soup
oil, salt, pepper

 

Dice onion, celery and carrots.
Flour chicken pieces and fry in a pan with a little oil and the celery, carrots and onion. Deglaze with white wine and let boil down shortly. Add soup and bring to a boil, season with curry and simmer covered. At the end of cooking time stir in mascarpone and season with salt and pepper.
