HUHNBRUST   in   TOMATEN -OBERSSAUCE 

Chicken with Tomato Cream Sauce

4 chicken filets
300 g pasta (done) or potatoes (done)
200 g Gouda (grated) or Gorgonzola (grated)
250 ml cream
500 ml passed tomatoes
flour, paprika powder

 

 

Preheat oven to 180°C
Cover an ovenproof dish with oil. Halve chicken filets and spice with salt and pepper, cover with flour on both sides and sprinkle with paprika powder. Place filets into the ovenproof dish alternately with pasta or into slices cuted potatoes. Sprinkle some layers with paprika powder.
Mix well cream and passed tomatoes, spice with salt and pepper and douse the chicken filets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and grantiné in oven about 45-50 minutes.
