Chicken Stewers with Pumpkin Vegetable

Vegetable:
600 g pumpkin (peeled and seedless)
1 onion
30 fresh ginger
1 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. cream
100 ml beef stock (Cube)
salt, pepper
Main Course:
250 g chicken filets
100 g breakfast bacon (sliced)
4 small onions
1 tsp. oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Cut pumpkin into cubes. Halve onion and cut into fine rings. Peel ginger and chop finely.
Fry onion rings and ginger in butter until translucent. Add pumpkin, douse with beef stock and simmer covered about 15 minutes until pumpkin is tender.
Dice chicken and cut bacon into stripes. Halve mushrooms, if it is necessary. Halve or quarter peeled onions. Thread all ingredients on skewers alternately, cover with oil and spice with salt and pepper. Grill skewers all sides in oven for about 10 minutes.
Season to taste pumpkin with salt and pepper and refine with cream.
