FISOLEN   GULASCH  

Green Bean Goulash

3 onions
4 cloves of garlic
4 potatoes
500 g green beans
250 g braunschweiger (pork liver sausage)
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp. paprika powder
250 ml sour cream
salt, pepper, marjoram

 

 

Pell onions and garlic, chop them and braise lightly. Stir in paprika powder and douse immediately with 1 l water. Bring it to the boil. Peel potatoes and dice them. Place them into the pot and boil them about 15 minutes. Dice green beans and sausage and add to potatoes. Boil all until green beans and potatoes are tender. Mix well some flour and water and thicken the goulash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram. Maybe refine with stock cube.

 

       Side dish: bread, small dumplings
