Baked Potato with Blue Cheese

4 large potatoes
120g blue cheese (Gorgonzola)
150 g bacon
salt, pepper, oil
 

 

 

Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water until tender. Cut lengthwise and hollow out.
Mix well potatoe with the crumbled cheese. Dice the bacon and fry in a little oil.
Fold in to the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Filling potatoe halves and gratinate them briefly.
