Boil noodles in salted water al dente. Halve or quarter
sprouts according to their size. Peel and chop garlic. Heat butter in a
pot, add sprouts and fry them about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and simmer briefly. Douse with cream and simmer briefly.
Add boiling water and stir in mustard. Fry bacon in a pan crispy.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Season salt and pepper and serve
with bacon garnished.
