Fish Fillets with Fennel

4 fish fillets
3 spring onions
150 g cherry tomatoes
2 fennel bulbs
salt, pepper, lemon juice
oil, aluminum foil

 

 

Season fish fillets with salt and lemon juice. Cut spring onions into rings, fennel into slices. Mix vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Brush 4 appropriate large pieces of aluminum foil with oil, spread vegetables on it and place the fillets on top. Close thight aluminum foil and grill the packets
about 20 minutes.
