Wash broccoli and divide into florets. Boil them in
salted water for 2 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Dice turkey, cut chilli into thin rings. Fry both in a large roasting
pan for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Douse with wine and
cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Fold in Broccoli.
Boil pasta al dente in salted water, drain and add directly into the
sauce in the pan. Mix well. Chop parsley finely and mix with the
breadcrumbs.
Fill pasta in a buttered baking dish and add the Gorgonzola. Sprinkle
with the bread crumbs- parsley mixture. Drizzle with a some oil and
gratinate in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. |
