LACHS  MASCARINO  SAUCE

Salmon Mascarino Sauce

2 zucchini
1 onion
400 g of mascarpone
3 cloves of garlic
200 g smoked salmon
salt, pepper, dill

 

 

Cut the zucchini into thin strips. Peel onion, chop finely and roast in oil. Add zucchini strips and team them covered about 5 minutes.
Fold in mascarpone and crushed garlic and boil up. Add sliced salmon. Season with salt, pepper and dill.
Mix well with spaghetti and serve.
