Peel tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.
Dice ham, onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and stew onion and pepperoni. Add garlic, ham and
roast all for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer all for 50
minutes. Boil macaroni until they have a slight bit. Remove pepperoni
and season to taste with basil, parsley, salt, pepper and parmesan. |
