Mince with Pasta

400 g mixed mince from pork and beef
400 g pasta (fussili, penne)
1 onion
3 tbsp. oil
1 stock cube
salt, pepper, marjoram

 

 

Boil pasta al dente.
Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pot and sautée onion. Add mince and roast them well. Add drained pasta, season with salt, pepper, stock cube and marjoram. Blend all well.
