Pasta with Broccoli

400 g orecchiette
400 g broccoli
100 g anchovy fillets (in oil marinated)
4 cloves of garlic
1 dried chili
4 tbsp. olive oil

 

 

Bring 5 l of water and 1 tbsp. salt to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente.
Divide broccoli into florets and remove stalks. Put broccoli after 6 minutes into the pot to the noodles.
Chop anchovy fillets and chili finley. Peel and chop garlic.
Drain pasta and broccoli into a sieve. Sauté anchovies, garlic and chilli in olive oil. Add noodles and broccoli and mix well. Sesaon with salt.
