Remove skins from the shrimps.
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices, chili into rings. Cut basil
into stripes. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet, saute garlic and
chilies short. Salt shrimps, add to the pan and fry on both sides. Fold
in basil strips.
Then strain in salted water al dente boiled spaghetti, drain and toss in
the pan with shrimps, garlic and chillies.
Serve pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese. |
