TORTELLINI  mit  FISOLENSAUCE

Tortellini with Green Bean Sauce

1 pack tortellini
1 spring onion
100 g ham
125 ml cream
1/16 liter water
3 tbsp. basil (chopped)
200 g green beans
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
salt and pepper

 

 

Bring salted water to the boil.
Chop the spring onion and green beans into bite-sized pieces. Fry spring onions in a nonstick pan briefly, add green beans and douse with water and cream.Cut ham into small pieces and add to the sauce. Simmer until beans are al dente.
Stir in basil and Parmesan cheese. Slightly thicken, if necessary add some water.
Cook tortellini according to instructions and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
