Sausage Noodles

400 g pasta
500 g braunschweiger (pork liver sausage)
2 onions
salt, pepper

 

 

Cut sausage and onions into cubes. Sauté in a pan until the onions are translucent.
Cook pasta al dente, drain, add to sausage and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

 

      Side dish: salad
