ZUCCHINISAUCE 

Sauce with courgettes

500 g Mascarino
2 onions
4 courgettes (zucchini)
garlic
chervil, salt, pepper

 

 

Dice onions finely. Cut 2 Zucchini into small slices and slice the ohter both. Fry onion, stir in zucchini and sweat all until tender. Add Mascarino and stir to combine. Adjust the seasoning with salt, freshly ground black pepper, chervil and garlic. A sauce for all kinds of pasta.
