Beef with Cucumber

1 kg pound lean beef
1 punch greens
1 tomatoe
10 pepper corns
lovage

1 cucumber
2 tbsp. flour
250 ml sour cream
1 tbsp. creme fraiche
vinegar, pepper, dill

800 g small potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
salt

   

 

Wash and peel greens and bring 3-4 l water to a boil. Add greens, pepper corns, some lovage, carved tomatoe and beef, boil up and simmer all half covered about 3 hours.
Boil potatoes, peel and salt them and swivel into butter. Peel cucumber, cut it into 1 cm cubes and cook them into 250 ml salted water until they have a slight bit. Mix well sour cream and flour and stir in. Let all cook some minutes. Fold in creme fraiche and chopped dill, season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar.
