1 kg beef (for goulash)
3 tbsp. Vindaloo paste
2 onions
100 ml oil
1 tbsp. sliced almonds (roasted)
Cut meat into cubes and mix with the Vindaloo paste.
Chop onion finely and fry them. Add beef and brown it. Cover with water and
simmer about 40 minutes. Cook uncovered until the meat is tender.
Garnish with almonds.
