Satay Sticks with Cucumber Salad

5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. paprika powder (hot)
300 g beef (fillet or steak)
300 g chickenbreast fillet
250 g curd cheese
4 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil
1 cucumber
1/2 small onion
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. honey (fluid)
1 tbsp. dill (chopped)
salt, pepper

 

 

Dice beef- and chicken fillets. Put 1 tbsp. oil and paprika powder into a bowl. Add meat cubes, stir and marinade them for about 1 hour. Mix well curd cheese with pumkin seed oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Shred cucumber into petits slices, put them into a sieve. Salt cucumber slices and let them drain about 15 minutes. Chop onion finely. Mix well honey, the rest of oil, vinegar and onion in a bowl. Add cucumber and dill. Marinade for 15 minutes.
Salt and arrange meat on wodden skewers. Fry skewers all around in a pan, about 5 - 10 minutes. Serve satay sticks with cucumber salat and curd cheese.
