Rinse and drain beans. Cut sausage in thin slices. Wash
spring onions and
cut into small slices. Heat oil in a pan and sautée the white parts of
spring onions, sausage and marjoram. Remove from the hot plate and stir in
beans and and the light green parts of spring onions.
Mix beef stock, vinegar and olive oil. Pour over the marinade and blend
gently the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
