EIER SALAT 

Egg Salad

150 g peas (frozen)
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. yogurt
100 ml of salad mayonnaise
1 bunch of chives
150 g ham
1 bunch of radishes
8 eggs
salt and pepper

 

 

Defreeze peas and boil the eggs hard. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into slices. Cut radishes into slices, ham into strips and chives into rolls.
Mix well mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard and 2/3 of the chives and season with pepper and salt.
Place 2/3 of egg slices in a shallow dish and 2/3 of peas, radishes, and all the ham onto it. Cover with 2/3 of sauce.
Place the remaining egg slices, peas and radishes on top and sprinkle with the remaining sauce.
Garnish with remaining chives.
