500 g pork sausage
1 small. glass pickles
100 g creme fraiche
100 g salad mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Cut sausage in sticks, cucumber into thin strips or
cubes. Mix well mayonnaise and sour cream with a little of gherkin
marinade.
Fold in sausage and pickles and season with salt and pepper.
Also used as a spread.
