Salad with Smoked Salmon

2 spring onions
1/2 small. endive salad
1 small. Radicchio
50 g rocket salad
2 stalks celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch of chives
150 ml yoghurt
1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
200 g smoked salmon
salt and pepper

 

 

Cut chives into thin rolls. Mix well yogurt with balsamic and chive.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut spring onions into rings, radicchio and endive into thin strips. Peel celery and cut into thin slices. Cut smoked salmon into thin strips.
Mix well lettuce, celery and onions with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Arrange salad with smoked salmon. Serve with chive dressing.
