400 g fresh fillet of salmon (boned and skinless)
1 green chili pepper
1 bunch spring onions (white and pale green parts)
100 g rocket salad
10 cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper
olive oil, balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
Mix well 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 5 tbsp. olive oil
and salt little. Cut spring onions into thin stripes. Quarter cherry tomatoes. Prepare rocket
salad and cut green pepper in thin stripes too. Chop chili pepper finely.
Cut salmon into bite-size pieces and fry them in olive oil all sides.
Then spice with salt and pepper.
Add vegetables and rocket salad into a boil and pour over the marinade,
mix well and arrange salad on 4 plates. Place on it salmon cubes and
sprinkle with chili pepper.
