Boil noodles in salted water al dente, poor of and put
aside.
Fry onion until translucent and add garlic, bell pepper and sausage.
Stew all about 5 minutes, stir from time to time. Add wine, vinegar and
boiled noodles, mix well and bring to the boil.
Place lettuce leaves upon plates and cover with noodle-mixture. |
