Noodle Salad with Sausage

125 g short noodles
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 yellow bell pepper (in fine stripes)
175 g spicy sausage slices (chorizo, salami, garlic sausage)
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tbsp. vinegar
lettuce leaves (cooled)
salt

 

 

Boil noodles in salted water al dente, poor of and put aside.
Fry onion until translucent and add garlic, bell pepper and sausage.
Stew all about 5 minutes, stir from time to time. Add wine, vinegar and boiled noodles, mix well and bring to the boil.
Place lettuce leaves upon plates and cover with noodle-mixture.
